Description: Ride the foothills South and East of Ione. These rides are very pretty in the spring. Not too much difference between the medium and long routes save for an extra 6 mile loop on the long route. There is a Starbucks coffee shop as well as places to eat off of Hwy12 in Valley Springs. That would be at mile 28 for the medium ride and mile 34 for the long route. Hoping for good weather. Bring plenty of water.
