Description: This route heads up Auburn Folsom all the way to Auburn. At the intersection of Auburn Folsom and Indian Hill Rd, the short route heads down Indian Hill and reconnects with the long route at Newcastle Rd. The long route bypasses downtown Auburn, crosses over the freeway at Foresthill Rd, and regroups and refuels at the Starbucks on Auburn Ravine Rd (mile 20). From here the long route climbs Dairy Rd and then heads west, eventually descending Bald Hill, Crater Hill, and Chili Hill roads. One last big climb: Ridge Road. Then it's back to Newcastle Rd. Both routes go down Auburn Folsom to return to the start.
