Description: We take the bike trail to Orangevale, cut over to American River Canyon Drive, and wind our way to Auburn-Folsom Rd at Folsom Lake Crossing. We stay on Auburn Folsom Rd all the way to King and take King into Loomis, stopping to regroup and refuel at Smithville Coffee and Brew in Loomis (mile 25.8). After that, we take Taylor Rd to Sierra College Blvd, sneak around the freeway interchange, climb Sierra College Blvd, and take East Roseville Pkwy to Oak Hill Dr. We emerge on Auburn Folsom Rd for the standard return to Gold River.
