Ride Description: Two routes climb Cantelow from two different directions. The short route climbs it east to west; the long route climbs it west to east. Both routes go to Steady Eddy’s in Winters and share the first and last 12 miles. On the long route, there are drinking fountains at North Orchard Park in Vacaville (mile 16.3). Do they work? An option is to turn left at W Monte Vista Ave (mile 17.7) to get to a nearby 7-11. Otherwise, there is no water access on the long route until we get to Winters (mile 39). The short route gets to Winters by mile 28. The ride leader will take the long route and be available by cell phone.
