Ride
We invite you to join us and experience our two challenging routes offering exceptional scenery and lots of great climbing. We believe our routes have the reputation of being one of the most challenging cycling events in California. Start training early and come prepared for a great day of cycling! Our well-marked routes were chosen for light vehicular traffic and offer a variety of terrain.

As always, riders will be supplied with accurate, easy to read route sheets and our ever courteous and knowledgeable SAG personnel will be available to provide needed assistance. Each rest stop will offer nutritious snacks and beverages to keep you riding strong. Our rest stop volunteers are Sacramento Wheelmen who as cyclists understand your needs and try to anticipate them in addition to local residents who can share their knowledge and insight of the area. A full lunch including sandwiches and fresh fruit will be offered at our Mountain Ranch rest stop. Experienced bike mechanics will be available at the rest stops to provide assistance should it be needed.

Start/Finish
Our ride will begin with a continental breakfast at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys. At the conclusion of your ride you are invited to indulge in a delicious dinner prepared by Ironstone Vineyards. Celebrate your day with a glass of Ironstone wine or a refreshing beer, which will be available to purchase. Feel free to relax in the shade, visit the tasting room, browse the gift shop and visit the
Ironstone Heritage Museum.
