The Wheelmen in Mallorca

The Americans, as we were called, landed in Mallorca on the 19th of April, 2008, and began a two week series of superlatives. We became part of a bicycle team operated by Fred Rompelberg (who still holds the record as the world’s fastest cyclist – 268 Km/Hr).

General Meetings
Tuesday, Oct 21st
The October General Meeting will take place at the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Central Division Facility at 7000 65th St. The program will be oriented toward cycling safety with a presentation by local law enforcementofficers. Refreshments and socialization at 6:40 pm. Meeting to start at 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, Nov 18th
The November General Meeting will take place at the Sacramento County Sheriff’s CentralDivision Facility at 7000 65th St. Refreshments and socialization at 6:40 pm. Meetingto start at 7:00 pm. There will be the election of ClubOfficers for the coming year as well as sign-up for the2009 Club Tour. Tim Koch will present a review and preview of the Tour.
